PERMANENT DOCUMENT RETRIEVAL: We keep permanent copies of all client documentation. Should a client lose or damage their resume files, they can contact us for an e-mail replacement free of charge. If a client wishes to add a new job to their résumé in the future, we will update their resume for a reduced fee.
FREE CONTACT INFORMATION UPDATES: If a client changes their address, phone number or e-mail address, we will update their resume at no extra charge. |
