Job Description
Reviews, writes, and edits resumes. Performs research on job descriptions. Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the company mission and objectives. Interviews clients and gather information for resume.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service focus and attention to detail
- Able to effectively communicate with empathy and compassion
- Familiar with military lifestyle, culture, policies and procedures required
- Demonstrated successes in dealing with individuals and families undergoing stressful, life-altering situations, preferred.
- Love of words, writing, and language. Appreciation for the arts a big plus.
Required Experience
- High School Graduate or equivalent, required
- 2 years of related call center experience
- Experience working with the military
- Honorably discharged or retired military encouraged to apply
- Favorable Background Investigation Required
